Submission of a petition
- The petitioner should print name and address and sign it appending the letter of introduction from a member
Reception of a petition
- If it contains the content interfering with a case or violating any act or law, it is no accepted
Fowarding to the special committee of reviewing petition and Review
- If the necessity to submit to the general assembly or recognized to be especially necessary, a special committee of the review of petition is organized.
Adoption via the review of the general assembly
- A member who introduces it should explain the pupose of a petition if the general assembly requires it.
Transfer
- The matter th be treated by the Mayor should be transferred th the Mayor with the letter of council
Treatment of the Enforcement
- The Mayor treats the petition and reports the result to the council
Reporting to a petitioner
- The council should notify the petitioner of the results of a proposal
